Our Return Policy

We’re proud to offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll be happy to exchange it or provide a refund. All we ask is that items be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Note on Final Sale Items: Through our analysis of the website menu, we’ve identified that certain specialty items may not be eligible for return due to their custom nature. Specifically, our Men’s Country Shirts and Women’s Wonderwest Tops are often made-to-order and considered final sale. Please check your product description carefully before purchasing these items.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Contact Our Support Team: Within 15 days of receiving your order, send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond faster than a quick-draw gunslinger (typically within 24 hours) with a return authorization number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging if possible, including all tags and labels.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your return package to the address below. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.

  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we’ll process your exchange or refund.

Return Shipping

For returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If you received a faulty item, we’ll gladly cover the return shipping – just give us a holler at [email protected].

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow:

  • Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Note that shipping charges are non-refundable for changed mind returns.
