Our products are designed for durability, comfort, and that authentic western look. Please note that some items, like our Men’s Country Shirts and Women’s Wonderwest Tops, are often made-to-order and considered final sale due to their custom nature.

We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote areas.

  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Delivery: You’re responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We’re not liable for delays due to customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We reckon you’ll be mighty pleased with your gear, but if not, here’s our policy:

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your items.
• Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
• Final Sale Items: Men’s Country Shirts and Women’s Wonderwest Tops are typically final sale unless defective.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days for credit cards, 3-5 days for PayPal. Shipping charges are non-refundable for changed mind returns.
